The first ever joint, single-site CBIA and LBIA Parade of Homes at Quail West continues today and Thursday, Feb. 7 through Sunday, Feb. 10. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The $5 admission fee will support the LBIA and CBIA foundation.

Eleven designer-decorated model residences base-priced in the low $600s are making their debut during the Parade of Homes. Visitors have been captivated by the beautifully designed interiors in each of the models and by Quail West's new entry presentation that includes a circular approach, water features and welcome tower.

The Parade of Homes features fully-furnished model homes in five of Quail West's neighborhoods. Each residence has been completed since Stock Development purchased the remaining 234 homesites at Quail West last spring.

The interiors of these models have been designed by a group of outstanding interior designers, each of whom has created and executed an ambiance that reflects their own unique vision. A variety of the most up-to-date color palettes, flooring materials, ceiling details, art pieces, accessories, cabinetry and counter top finishes are featured in the interiors and provides visitors a rare opportunity to experience the latest luxury home design styles.

Quail West's estate residences are offered by McGarvey Custom Homes, London Bay Homes, Diamond Custom Homes, Stock Construction and Fox Custom Builders. Custom estate home and homesite packages are priced from $1.8 million to over $7 million.

The interior of McGarvey Custom Homes' Casa Vittoria estate residence with 5,220 square feet was designed by Tina Margrander, ASID, NCIDQ of KVS Interior Design. Margrander's Mediterranean design includes transitional touches that generate a sense of comfort. Her color palette incorporates soft golds, creams and warm wood tones combined with painted pieces that offer visual interest and accents of tangerine orange, teal blue and chocolate brown. Margrander has executed a design that reflects McGarvey's attention to detail.

The Casa Vittoria's floor plan includes grand living spaces, an epicurean kitchen, an exquisite master suite and an expansive tropical outdoor living area complete with large covered sitting and dining areas, a pool and spa, fountains and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen.

Stock Construction, Florida Lifestyle Homes of Fort Myers and Castle Harbour Homes have created Newlands, a collection of residences ranging from 3,000 to more than 5,000 square feet on estate-sized homesites base-priced in the high $600s.

Two Stock Construction Newlands models are available for viewing during the Parade of Homes: the 4,139-square-foot Tuscany residence by Patti DeLorenzo of Marc-Michaels Interior Design Inc. and the 4,155-square-foot Windsor model by Kelli J. Smith, ASID, NCIDQ of Kelli Interior Design Studio Inc.

DeLorenzo's design in the Tuscany highlights Stock Construction's signature style and craftsmanship while delivering a sophisticated yet casual elegance to appeal to upscale, quality conscious homebuyers who prefer a refined home with outstanding indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. A soothing, sophisticated color palette is inspired by colors of the sea: creamy sand, sea foam and sea glass blended with dark wood tone flooring and furnishings for warmth and rich contrast.

While infusing the home with the hint of formality an open floor plan demands, Smith has created a classic interior in the Windsor that presents an overall ambiance that is elegant, relaxed and exceptionally livable. Her design begins with neutral backgrounds. Accessories, art, intricate ceiling details, applied moldings, lighting and a mixture of finishes add color and visual appeal.

Tamworth is a collection of residences ranging from 3,000 to more than 4,000 square feet and are base-priced in the high $600s. Five Tamworth models are included on the Parade of Homes.

The interior of Florida Lifestyle's 3,576-square-foot Cambridge model was designed by Cristy Williams, ASID of Interior Expressions by Cristy. Williams' coastal design features natural elements and textures that contribute to the home's inviting atmosphere that conveys both comfort and elegance.

Stock Construction is presenting its Ponte Vedra Grande, Riviera II, Muirfield III and Hamilton models in Tamworth. Ranging from 3,174 to 3,800 square feet, the interior designers of these residences include Kelli Smith of Kelli Interior Design Studio Inc., Renee Gaddis Interiors, KVS Interior Design's Tina Margrander and Jill Cotton, a principal at Soco Interiors in Winter Park.

Gaddis' design style in the Riviera II is glamorous in an old-fashioned way, a look similar to homes in the subtropical Mediterranean coastal regions from Marseilles, France to La Spezia, Italy. The model's comfortable, resort-style ambiance plays off the Italian Riviera's colorfully painted traditional architecture, blue waters and picturesque hillsides.

Cotton's unique style in the Hamilton features a classic, circular motif that is carried throughout the home. Refined ceilings and other architectural details echo the shape, as do many of the furniture pieces and fabrics. A cool color palette of French gray, sea glass blue and creams is married to a blend of traditional metallic and stained pieces. The master suite in particular features this mix of colors blended with clean-lined furnishings and traditional silk fabrics.

McGarvey Custom Homes' single-family villas in Quail West's La Caille neighborhood offer six floor plans ranging from 2,702 to 3,612 square feet and are base-priced in the $800s. Two La Caille models are included on the Parade of Homes.

The Villa Avarone features 3,262 square feet, a great room, custom wet bar, three bedrooms, a study, three-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room and a gourmet kitchen. The interior was designed by Arlynn McDaniel of Freestyle Design Studio Interiors. McDaniel's transitional design incorporates organic elements such as natural fibers, stone and various woods. A warm color palette features neutral gray and taupe backgrounds with aqua and orange accents.

The Cipriani model features a crisp, modern design ideally suited to a 2,965-square-foot floor plan that includes three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a study, formal dining room, great room, island kitchen and an outdoor living area with a pool and outdoor kitchen. The interior was created by Tina Margrander of KVS Interior Design. Margrander's color palette includes cream, linen and truffle shades mixed with soft sage green and blue tones, all of which plays against dark wood finishes.

Stock Construction's luxury villas in Escala bring an added dimension to Quail West. Three floor plans, ranging from 2,822 to 3,239 square feet, are base-priced in the low $600s. Stock's Palmhurst model in Escala is included on the Parade of Homes.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath, 2,822-square-foot Palmhurst great room plan includes a gallery foyer, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen, three-car garage and an optional outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa. The home's interior was designed by Renee Gaddis Interiors. Gaddis' design offers an elegant aesthetic with Southern charm, soft lines and tropical references. The emphasis is on creating a comfortable ambiance. A relaxing color palette features white backgrounds with accents of blues, greens, yellows and oranges.

The Parade of Homes offers an opportunity to experience Quail West's lifestyle firsthand. Quail West was presented CBIA's 2012 Sand Dollar Award for Community of the Year in the Average Home Over $1,000,000 category and received LBIA's 2012 Pinnacle Award for Community of the Year in the 501+ Acres category.

The member-controlled, debt-free Club at Quail West's two 18-hole golf courses were designed by Arthur Hills. Other amenities include a full-service spa and beauty salon, a fitness center, a lagoon-style solarium pool and eight lighted red-clay, Hydro-Grid tennis courts. The Quail on the Beach Club provides members the right to beach access and dining privileges at the facility.
